We are delighted that work is well underway for the new state-of-the-art entertainment and leisure centre at Dundonald International Ice Bowl.
The first sod took place on Friday 1st November 2024. Pictured below is the 2024 Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Kurtis Dickson, joined by a range of stakeholders to cut the first sod, highlighting the significance of this project for the local council area, greater Belfast and for Northern Ireland.
The building project is expected to take two years to complete. When it opens in 2027, the new Dundonald International Ice Bowl will bring to life a wide range of facilities, including an ice rink, a 24-lane bowling alley, a 100-station gym, community rooms, a restaurant and a coffee shop.
